Collection owners already have review, publishing, embed, and integration tools. StoryStudio is a separate private beta. StoryPro is a proposed package, not an active paid plan.

Existing collection-owner tools do not require a StoryStudio beta key.

Your collection workspace.

Sign in with the account assigned to your collection. Signing in or entering a beta key does not make someone a collection owner.

Review and publication
Review each story and its media, filter by status, approve publication, or request revisions. Bulk approval is not included.
Collection settings and reviewers
Update collection copy and support links, invite reviewers, and manage their access. Reviewers can review stories; owner settings stay with the owner.
Embeds and public archive
Widget script, iframe, news feed, gallery, and single-story views for approved stories. These do not require a beta key.
Public API and webhooks
Read approved stories and basic collection counts through the public API. Owners can configure webhooks; delivery requires a working endpoint and service setup.
Submission and media tools
Story submissions, media uploads, optional text assistance, transcription, and disclosed AI-generated images. AI and uploads depend on service configuration and usage limits, not a paid StoryPro subscription.

Private beta

StoryStudio production tools.

An experimental workspace for guided story creation, production planning, generated drafts, private review, and packet preparation. These workflows are still being tested; beta access does not promise finished exports, publishing, or delivery.

The key unlocks beta tools in this browser. It does not grant collection ownership, reviewer permissions, or a paid subscription, and it is not needed to embed Save Georgian Bay stories.

StoryPro is a possible future package for larger organizational campaigns. The tools below are not a paid upgrade available to purchase today. There is no billing or subscription checkout.

Campaign landing-page builder
Collection pages exist today; a separate campaign-page builder is not available.
Batch moderation
Status filters and individual review exist today; bulk approval is not available.
Collection exports and story packets
The beta has production packet workflows. A complete export tool for the ordinary collection-owner workspace is not available.
Campaign performance reporting
Basic story counts exist today. Reach, engagement, and campaign-outcome reporting are not available.
Paid plans and entitlements
No paid StoryPro subscription is active. Pricing, feature boundaries, and account-based plan access have not been finalized.
